LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Debra Fraher, a former licensed vocational nurse, is on trial in the death of a 4-month-old child who was in her care.

Fraher, 71, is charged with recklessly causing injury to a child by failing to provide proper medical care.

Court documents say on Jan. 18, 2023, Fraher was taking care of the 4-month-old child while the child's parents were inside the home.
