By Michael Robinson | Uvalde Hesperian 08-19-26 On Thursday, August 14th, 2025, the Uvalde Hesperian emailed a public records request to 38th Judicial District Attorney Christina Mitchell asking for the search warrant issued on or about May 24th, 2022, for the residence of Celia "Sally: Gonzalez; residence where Salvador Ramos was residing prior to the shooting at Robb Elementary School on that same date.

After the request was received, it was sent by the District Attorney Mitchell to the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's office for a decision.

The Texas Attorney General issued an official letter decision dated October 22nd, 2025 and mailed it to Mitchell's office.
