Authorities are reportedly investigating the death of a baby after a teen girl gave birth at an elementary school in the Chicago area on Wednesday.

Chicago police shared that a 15-year-old girl gave birth at Aldridge Elementary School on East 131st Street, but the baby was pronounced dead at the scene.
