WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Testimony is set to resume Tuesday morning in the trial of Waco man charged with sexually abusing a 5-year-old family member in June 2024.

Kameron Deion Turner, 29, is on trial in Waco's 19th State District Court on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child at Turner's Waco residence.

Prosecutors Luke McCowan and Rebeckah Lawson and defense attorney Jason P. Darling spent Monday morning selecting a jury to hear the case, and a nurse who examined the girl opened testimony Monday afternoon.
