HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Days after partial human remains were discovered at a construction site in Houston's Third Ward, authorities have not identified the person to whom the remains belong.

PREVIOUS REPORT: Investigation underway after skeletal remains found south of downtown Houston, HPD says Construction workers found what appeared to be human remains Friday along a fence line near the intersection of Winbern and Live Oak streets and contacted police.

Houston police later confirmed the discovery was partial human remains and said investigators are working to identify them.
