TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Henderson County judge sentenced an Athens man to four years in state prison for trying to solicit what he thought was a 15-year-old boy online.

Justin Glen Gunnels, 54, appeared Wednesday before District Judge R. Scott McKee to plead guilty to the charge, according to court records.

McKee also gave the man eight days of jail credit, according to the records.
