LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - A motorcyclist died following a crash on a road at Buffalo Springs Lake Saturday evening.

The Buffalo Springs Lake Police Department reports Austin Deyarmon, 29, was riding at a high rate of speed and apparently lost control.

Investigators said he crashed into an ordinance sign, then was thrown from the motorcycle and hit a tree.
