The New Braunfels City Council denied an appeal by Lennar Corporation for partial reimbursement of park development fees for their Navarro subdivision on Aug. 10.
Navarro is a single-family neighborhood in the Guadalupe County Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) with 15 units and 1,319 dwelling units, Deputy City Manager Jordan Matney said.
