A grand estate in Monte Vista underwent a drastic price cut since it was listed for sale in June.

The asking price on the 1910 property has been slashed by $80,000, putting it at $1. 65 million.

The property includes multiple touches from the Gilded Age of San Antonio architecture, including two-story columns framing an arched exterior doorway.
