ANGELINA COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - A Lufkin Police Department officer used a Flock license plate reader more than 10,000 times to track an ex-girlfriend, her family members and people she had relationships with, according to an arrest affidavit.

Zachary Anthony Klein, 32, is indicted on charges of tampering with governmental records, abuse of official capacity and misuse of official information.

The charges stem from an investigation by the Texas Rangers into Klein's alleged misuse of the Flock automatic license plate reader system.
