San Antonio attorney Martin Phipps was arrested after a 16-year-old girl living with him accused him of threatening her, a San Antonio police incident report released Monday shows.

Phipps, 57, was arrested Sunday night on a charge of terroristic threat of family/household, according to court records.

He has since been released on bond.
