WINKLER COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - A man with an active felony warrant was arrested in Winkler County, Thursday, Nov. 5, after he refused commands from deputies inside an RV. According to the Winkler County Sheriff's Office the arrest took place in the area of Van Street.

A sheriff's office sergeant was conducting a follow-up with a family violence victim living in the RV at about 12:58 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5. When the victim said the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Miguel Medrano, had returned and was in the bedroom.

The suspect was given commands but refused to comply.
