ROSENBERG, Texas (KTRK) -- Police said a driver intentionally crashed into a grocery store in Rosenberg on Sunday morning in order to use its restroom.

According to the Rosenberg Police Department, at about 4:30 a.m., the man "intentionally accelerated" into a Kroger, extensively damaging the pharmacy entrance of the business.

Investigators said the initial information indicates that the driver needed to use the restroom and "was upset the doors were locked." Officials did not identify the suspect or say if he is facing any charges.
