(KXII) - The suspect in a hit-and-run crash in Durant that left one person injured has turned himself in to authorities.

The Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police announced that David Winfield Scott turned himself in Thursday.

His bond was set at $1 million, and he was booked into the Pittsburg County Jail on charges of domestic assault and battery, leaving the scene of a non-fatal accident and reckless driving.
