(KXII) - The effort to recall city commissioners who approved a renewal of Ardmore's Flock camera contract hit a milestone needed to move forward.

Petition backers said they have reached the 6,000 signatures needed in just two weeks.

The Carter County Election Board will verify each on before a recall is put on the February ballot.
