Baltico's owners said the restaurant is almost ready to launch but didn't give a grand opening date.

Baltico Seafood & Grill is preparing for its grand opening at 402 N. Loop 1604 West near the interchange with U.S. Highway 281. The original Baltico is based in Torren, Mexico, so this marks the concept's first expansion into Texas.
