(KXII) - Ardmore police arrested 23-year-old Jesus Silvano-Arias on Monday night after a woman called officers and said she had been raped outside her home at Blue Sky Apartments.

The woman told officers she knew Silvano-Arias only by sight as a fellow resident and had never spoken to him.

That changed when he knocked on her door.
