KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - Plans for a new homeless shelter in Killeen are up in the air after the city voted last week to rezone a proposed location.

The building off Medical Drive in Killeen had been proposed as a new homeless shelter.

The Killeen City Council voted to rezone the property, but clearing the way came with conditions.
