LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Former Lubbock city councilman Randy Christian has passed away after battling cancer, according to Christian's family.

Christian entered hospice care in February after decades of battling multiple cancers linked to Lynch syndrome.

Christian represented District 5 from 2018 to 2022.
