WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Four men were indicted Thursday in an Aug. 23 incident that left a Waco man dead and another with serious injuries.

A McLennan County grand jury indicted Jayden Mendez, 17, Marcus Hardin, 18, Brayan Hernandez, 18, and Leonardo Servin, 20, on first-degree felony riot murder charges in the Aug. 23 shooting death of Victor Jesus Silva-Delgadillo during a fight outside a residence in the 3600 block of North 20th Street.

According to arrest affidavits, the violence escalated from a dispute between Hernandez and Servin.
