HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The best high school running back in Texas and one of the biggest recruits in the nation is set to announce his college commitment in a ceremony you can watch live on ABC13's 24/7 livestream.

Williams-Callis narrowed his more than 70 offers to just five: the University of Houston, Texas A&M, Texas, SMU, and Missouri, and from these five he'll choose the college he intends to continue his academic and athletic endeavors.
