BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A Bryan man has received the maximum prison sentence after pleading guilty to multiple charges stemming from the March 2025 shooting of a Bryan police officer.

On Wednesday, Judge David Hilburn imposed the maximum sentence of 20 years in prison on Quincy McMiller for aggravated assault.

Judge Hilburn also handed down the maximum sentences for several other charges:Two counts of deadly conduct (10 years)Tampering with evidence (10 years)Theft of a firearm (2 years)The charges will be served concurrently.
