Pecan Creek Community Club will host an end-of-summer ice cream social at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, at Pecan Creek School, 3410 Pecan Creek Road.

Break out your ice cream maker and bring a couple of pints of your favorite flavor to share, or bring a crush-in or topping.

Bowls and spoons will be provided.
