HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - A new trial date has been set for a man accused in the death of a tow truck driver in Harlingen.

Cristobal Stephan Garzez, 29, is set to go to trial on Oct. 5, Cameron County court records show.

Announcements are scheduled for Oct. 1.
