NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas - Two men who allegedly caused a fatal vehicle crash that killed a father in New Braunfels were given an immigration detainer, according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

New Braunfels police arrested Rafael Alejandro Arreguin-Ramirez, 25, and Alejandro Aguillen-Acosta, 23, on Sept. 12.

Records show both were charged with intoxication manslaughter, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and evading arrest.
