Construction is set to begin on San Antonio's second diverging diamond interchange, according to the Texas Department of Transportation, planned for the Southeast Side.

The $40 million infrastructure project aims to reduce congestion on Interstate 37 near Southeast Military Drive and make the corridor safer.

It is expected to be complete in 2029.
