BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The windows of the Bryan Hotel are quiet, outpaced by the development surrounding them in Downtown Bryan.

But now they sit at the center of a multi-million-dollar vision to rehabilitate the south end of downtown.

On Tuesday, the Bryan City Council could vote on a $350,000 Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement to help bridge the funding gap for the historic restoration of 211 and 217 S. Main Street.
