During Monday night's meeting, the Brownwood ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously to cancel the Nov. 3 election for four seats.

Incumbents Roderick Jones from Place 3, Connor Arrington from Place 6, and Justin Posey from Place 7 all filed for re-election and were unopposed.

Place 1 representative and Board president Michael Cloy did not file for re-election, however, Keith Howey did file for Place 1.
