TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Faulkner Skate Park is receiving a $250,000 grant from the Health Foundation of East Texas to improve lighting.

The grant was one of 11 awarded by Health Foundation."It's really exciting," said Health Foundation Executive Director Smittee Root.

"I think there are some organizations that are really working hard for our youth, and this was an opportunity to think positively, like, how do we raise the next generation of resilient and healthy, well adapted youth, and how can we come alongside them?"
