A man was sentenced to nearly four decades in prison in connection with a fatal 2024 shooting, the Bexar County District Attorney's Office said in a news release.

Cristan Villalobos was sentenced to 38 years and six months in prison for the murder of Robert Wellington.

Villalobos is the second person sentenced in connection with Wellington's murder.
