HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Authorities are responding to a shooting call at Deerbrook Mall on Saturday afternoon in Humble, the Harris County Sheriff's Office confirms.

According to deputies, the call for a shooting inside the mall dropped shortly before 7 p.m. HCSO said it was responding along with the Humble Police Department, which is the lead agency in the investigation.

HCSO could not confirm if anyone was shot, but stressed that the scene was still active.
