WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Brendon Le Osha Riggs' former co-defendant testified Tuesday that he, Riggs and another man intended to rob a TSTC student of his drugs and weapons in 2020 and that Riggs confessed to killing the man during the incident.

Prosecutors Ryan Calvert and Chris Spendlove rested their case Tuesday afternoon in Riggs' aggravated robbery trial in Waco's 54th State District Court.

Darling will begin calling witnesses, including a second co-defendant, when the trial resumes Wednesday morning.
