FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Despite saying they've been paying their HOA dues, residents of Vacek Pointe in Fort Bend County said their street lights have been off for months.

After ABC13 contacted both CenterPoint and the HOA, we were told the bill has now been paid, and the lights will be turned on as soon as possible.

Residents said, however, that turning the lights back on isn't enough.
