MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Midland ISD trustee Brandon Hodges said he has hired an attorney and placed himself in the middle of a dispute involving Midland County Judge Terry Johnson.

Hodges said he plans to file a formal complaint with the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct and pursue court action to investigate the source of allegedly disclosed personal information.

Hodges is acting as a private citizen in this matter, and the legal action does not involve Midland Independent School District.
