The Fredericksburg High School girls volleyball team will kick off the 2026 volleyball season with several scrimmages and regular season matches during the next seven days.

The Fredericksburg High School Performance Gym will host junior varsity and varsity girls volleyball scrimmages against Johnson City, Ingram Tom Moore and Lago Vista from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7. The ninth grade volleyball team will also scrimmage from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the FHS Old Gym against Johnson City, Ingram Tom Moore and Lago Vista.

The ninth grade, junior varsity and varsity volleyball teams will compete in the San Antonio Northeast ISD Scrimmage event from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, at Alamo Heights High School in San Antonio.
