HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - Three people have been sentenced to prison for their role in a drug trafficking scheme in Laredo, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office Southern District of Texas.
On Sept. 16, Freddy Serano, 42, was sentenced to a year and a half in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release.
