FALLS COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) - Nine local emergency crews saved three family pets and contained a rapidly spreading equipment and grass fire in Falls County Monday, according to a social media post by the Robinson Volunteer Fire Department.

At around 1:30 p.m., 16 Robinson personnel were dispatched to assist the Golinda Volunteer Fire Department.

Upon arrival, Robinson Fire Chief 1 reported multiple pieces of equipment burning, with fire threatening to spread to nearby structures.
