HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Four suspects are on the run after a shooting left a man hospitalized on Houston's southside Monday night, according to the Houston Police Department.

According to HPD, officers responded to the shooting regarding a possible robbery on Corder near Tierwester at 7:48 p.m. Police say two brothers were at a park when they met the four suspects.

After the suspects exited their vehicle, they opened fire into the victim's vehicle, which crashed into a ditch, HPD said.
