LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - A property has been officially declared historical at 3211 South Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Longview.

This afternoon a historical marker was unveiled in front of White's Barbeque.

It was formerly a drive-in restaurant and hotel that were nearly torn down, but with the help of a preservationist and the Texas Historical Commission the buildings were saved.
