A colorful new mural now anchors a busy stretch of Bellaire Boulevard in Southwest Houston, created through a three-week collaboration between six visiting artists from Taiwan and Houston street-art pioneer GONZO247. "I don't think I could have asked for a better birthday gift than the completion of this mural with these six amazing artists from Taiwan," GONZO247 said at the Friday unveiling.

The finished work sits at 9750 Bellaire Boulevard next to Trung Nguyen E-Coffee, in the Southwest Management District-a location speakers repeatedly described as a natural home for a project built around cultural exchange.

"Houston is one of the most diverse cities in America, and the Southwest Management District is truly a reflection of that diversity," said Stephen Le with the Southwest Management District and Greatland Living.
