PANORAMA VILLAGE, Texas (KTRK) -- Police officers said an investigation is underway after they arrested a woman for operating an unlicensed living facility in Panorama Village.

According to the Panorama Village Police Department, officers worked with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, the Montgomery County Fire Marshal's Office, the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable's Office, and the Conroe Police Department to execute multiple search warrants as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into an unlicensed assisted living facility.

Authorities said they arrested Jennifer Rios, the reported owner and operator of Seventh Heaven, and charged her with operating an assisted living facility without a license.
