A Laredo mother was arrested after her special needs 8-year-old son was found wandering alone for the second time in eight days.

LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - A Laredo mother was arrested after police say her special needs child was found wandering alone for the second time in eight days.
A good samaritan found the 8-year-old boy near Willow Street and Market Street wearing only underwear.
