SCHERTZ, Texas - Schertz police say they plan to continue questioning a 9-year-old girl to try to learn more about a man who reportedly attempted to kidnap her from a neighborhood park Saturday afternoon.

The attempted kidnapping was reported around 8:30 p.m., although it happened between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., according to a social media post by Schertz police.

The post states it happened in a neighborhood park in the Belmont Park subdivision.
