MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - First Alert 7 will be LIVE Tuesday morning as federal, state and local law enforcement officials hold a press conference regarding a federal oil theft case.

The press conference is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas in Midland.

Simmons will be joined by representatives from the FBI, DPS, Texas Railroad Commission and Loving County Sheriff's Office.
