Fall is the best time to plant, according to a spokesperson for the Riverside Nature Center, which will host the Fall Native Plant Sale from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 3. While supplies last, there will be a large variety of perennials, shrubs, and native trees and grasses that have been carefully selected from nurseries across Central Texas.
