Talarico, Paxton want to cut federal gas taxes as they court Hispanic voters in Texas Senate race

Republican Senate candidate Ken Paxton said Monday that he could support a federal work authorization program on two conditions.

"Fundamentally, we've got to make sure, as you said, that we secure the border first, and if it gets unsecured, then the rest of the deal is off," Paxton said.
