(KXII) - A couple from McCurtain County was arrested on suspicion of embezzling more than $3 million from two Idabel businesses.

Bria and Zane Davey, both 37, were booked into the McCurtain County Jail on Thursday, October 8, for embezzlement charges.

The investigation began in June, when the Idabel Police Department asked the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to look into allegations that the couple took money from two Idabel businesses: McCurtain Cinema and Gasquatch, a local gas station.
