SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A 17-year-old driver took prescription medication that may have been a factor in a crash that killed a Chapel Hill ISD student earlier this month, according to a DPS report.

Gustavo Ezekiel Arellanes, 17, died in the wreck.

His driver, also 17, was injured.
