Lady Spikes volleyball teams found tough going Thursday when they won one of four matches against Boerne North, the eighth-graders splitting at North while the seventh grade dropped both home-court matches.

Lady Spikes 8A The Lady Spikes 8A team went three sets before falling to Boerne North, resulting in scores of 17-25, 25-22 and 13-25.

Top servers in terms of points were Rowan Russ with 10, Brylee Gonzalez having five, Avery Garcia managing three, and Juliana Whelan, Addi Samora and Dyllan Shuler each with two.
