SH-36 closed in Fort Bend County after vehicle rollover spills load of sand, authorities say

A vehicle rollover on SH-36 at FM 489 in Fort Bend County spilled sand and caused a complete road closure on Wednesday.

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Drivers in Fort Bend County could expect delays after authorities said a rollover crash spilled sand on Wednesday.

According to the Fort Bend County Precinct 1 Constable's Office, the crash happened at SH-36 and FM 489.

Authorities said SH-36 is completely closed at the intersection.
